it all starts with a question:
what brought you here today?

Hi, I'm Phil McAuliffe. I'm the Founder of HUMANS:CONNECTING.

We all experience loneliness sometimes, and that’s nothing to be ashamed of. Meaningful connection is the antidote to loneliness, but we knowing what connection you need - and then getting it - can be hard.

You don’t have to do it alone.

At HUMANS:CONNECTING, we offer practical tools, support, and stories grounded in real experience to help you improve your social health and build relationships that truly matter: meaningful, nourishing and life-affirming.

Everything we do is shaped by empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding — because we’ve lived it too.

You're not lost. You've arrived.

You're right where you need to be.

We're glad you're here.

TRUSTED
ON THESE
STAGES

Loneliness isn’t a weakness, it’s a signal. It's an invitation to meaningful connection.

We’re here to serve, support, challenge and inspire you as you find your way back to what truly matters: human connection.

This is early support for you if you're feeling stuck, isolated, or simply ready to feel more joy, fun and ease.

This is support for you if you want to build and maintain your social health and wellbeing.

Whether you're navigating this within yourself, your workplace, or your community — we’re here for you.

Connection is a practice. And we’re meant to connect.

Recognising First Nations peoples and cultures is important to us.
We acknowledge the First Nations people as the traditional custodians of the lands upon which we work and live. We acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and connections to land, water and community. We pay respect to the Elders of the Ngunnawal, Turrbal, Kulin and Gadigal Nations past and present. Always was, always will be.

We acknowledge Māori as tangata whenua and Treaty of Waitangi partners in Aotearoa New Zealand. We pay respects to Māori as the mana whenua of Aotearoa New Zealand.

We warmly welcome all humans of all backgrounds and identities engaging with this work. We see you because we are you. We're proud of you.
