connection prompt:
LGBTIQA+

As an LGBTIQA+ person, where do you feel you belong and can be yourself?

Being LGBTIQA+ often shapes how we understand ourselves, experience relationships and find belonging.

But there's no single LGBTIQA+ experience, and being open about who you are doesn't automatically mean feeling connected.

You might have relationships and communities where you feel seen, heard and valued. You might also experience pressure to hide parts of yourself, feel misunderstood or struggle to find where you belong.

This free workbook offers 20 reflective questions to help you explore your identity, relationships and sense of belonging, understand what meaningful connection looks like for you and, if needed, take steps to strengthen it on your terms.
